I greatly enjoyed this property - well-maintained and luxury hotel.

I had the deluxe queen room which was new-fashioned and elegant with twin beds. The location of the hotel was central, right by wooden bars, almost all tourist attractions and Pleasure Trouve restaurant. Local fast food option Crossroad was 5 minutes walk away.

Good service, though a few employees were not very friendly. The food served was great.

The room had all the necessary amenities like an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment, which was a nice touch. the staff here was friendly and polite! 😊

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a convenient base for budget travellers. the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with good wifi and efficient room service. Breakfast includes Indian and Western options, and there are various facilities like laundry services and a restaurant serving Nepalese and Indian cuisines. Though the bathrooms are not ideal, with no separate shower cubicle, the rain shower fitting is a plus point. the only downside is the untrained staff that need more training in greeting guests and dealing with customers.

The location of this place is amazing as it is close to the clinics where we were getting treatments, the room is clean and new with twin beds, and the staff are very helpful and effective.
